HI! IM CASSIE.
nice to meet you!
Hi, I’m Cassie!
I was born in Minnesota, moved to North Dakota in middle school, and now live in Detroit Lakes, MN, with my husband, Daniel, our daughter, Finley, and our rescue pup, Zeke.
My journey with food sensitivities started in 2015 when I spent nearly a year feeling sick without any real answers. Finding a doctor who would focus on my diet rather than just handing me a prescription was a struggle. After leaving the major healthcare system and working with private practice doctors, I was diagnosed with chronic inflammation, a dairy allergy, and multiple food intolerances—including gluten.

But here’s the frustrating part—those diagnoses changed over the years. It wasn’t until I connected with an incredible nutrition coach and a PA in the Gastroenterology department that my health (and life) truly started to improve. After years of painful bloating, inflammation, and constantly feeling sluggish, I finally learned how to eat in a way that worked for my body. I used to deal with bloating six days a week—now, I’m bloat-free (unless I totally deserve it, haha!).
